@Moksh There are lots of twitter applications to schedule tweets for a later date/time. These are few of them http://linkbun.ch/7yhj . Although I’m not aware of any pre-tweet application, and I don’t see the significance of having one. Maybe I didn’t get the “pre-tweet” idea.

@Dilip I started using this just now, and yes it is fun and useful. Serves the purpose.

@Ankita It is sensible indeed, you wouldn’t want to tweet-spam your friends.. would you?
